After a long career in healthcare management, Warren became a bakery owner/pastry chef when he moved to Anacortes in 2000. Now retired, he has been a member of the Board of the Anacortes Arts Festival since 2007 and President of the Board since 2010. He is also active in the Noon Kiwanis Club.
