Vice President
APF Board
Skip was born and raised in a small town in the mountains of Eastern Pennsylvania. After a career in high-tech, Skip and his wife retired and moved to Anacortes in 2008. They moved to Anacortes to enjoy the wonders of the Pacific Northwest, especially the hiking and boating. And yes, they also love the climate. They chose Anacortes to return to a “small town” environment, to have an opportunity to give back to the community and to have an impact on people’s quality of life.
